What's Included with Every Birthday Table

Every birthday table booking at the venues we work with includes certain celebration extras as standard. Sparkler bottle presentations are included — when your bottles are delivered, they arrive with sparklers blazing, accompanied by LED signs and often a procession from your table host. A DJ birthday shoutout is also standard: the DJ will announce the birthday and typically dedicate a song. These happen automatically when we confirm it's a birthday booking.

Priority entry for your entire group, a dedicated table host, and the reserved VIP area are also standard. These aren't extras — they're the baseline of what a birthday table booking includes. The celebration infrastructure is built into every booking.

Birthday Cake: How It Works

Birthday cake is the most common extra request, and every venue accommodates it. You have two options: bring your own or arrange through us. If you bring your own, coordinate with us in advance — we'll tell the venue, they'll store it, and your host will deliver it at the right moment with candles. If you want us to arrange a cake, we work with bakeries that supply the clubs and can source anything from a simple celebration cake (£50-80) to an elaborate custom design (£100-200+).

Timing matters. Most groups have the cake delivered either as the group arrives (a nice welcome touch) or alongside the sparkler bottle presentation at midnight (maximum drama). Tell us your preference and we'll coordinate the timing with the venue.

Table Decorations and Personalisation

Table decorations can be arranged at most venues for an additional £30-100 depending on the level of customisation. Standard options include balloons, confetti, and personalised name cards. Some venues allow custom centrepieces or themed decorations — check with us for what's possible at your specific venue.

Important note: decoration standards vary by club. Intimate venues like Tape London and Dear Darling have specific aesthetic standards and may limit what decorations they allow to preserve the venue's look. Larger venues like Reign London and Cirque Le Soir are generally more flexible. We'll let you know exactly what's possible at your chosen venue.

LED Signs and Personalised Displays

LED displays with the birthday person's name or a custom message are available at several venues. Cirque Le Soir is particularly impressive with LED and pyrotechnic bottle presentations. Some venues have in-house LED signs that can be customised with names; others allow you to bring a small LED display for your table. These create brilliant photo moments and add a genuine wow factor to the bottle presentation.

How to Arrange Everything

The simplest approach: when you message us to book, list every extra you want — cake, decorations, specific songs for the DJ, LED signs, anything. We'll confirm what's available at your venue, coordinate everything with the club, and give you a total cost for all extras. On the night, everything is set up and ready before you arrive. No stress, no last-minute arrangements, no surprises.

Arrange extras at least a week before your birthday. Cakes need advance ordering, decorations need sourcing, and venues need time to prepare. Two weeks is ideal; one week is the minimum for most extras. Message us and we'll handle every detail.
